'حسن حبیب نژاد ' مدیر كل شیلات مازندران استحصال خاویار از ماهیان پرورشی را یكی از فرصت های سرمایه گذاری شیلاتی استان عنوان كرد و گفت: در حال حاضر بیش از 20 هزار قطعه انواع ماهیان خاویاری در مزارع استان در حال پرورش است.

وی با بیان اینكه ظرفیت خالی برای ایجاد پرورش ماهیان خاویاری در مازندران وجود دارد ، اظهار داشت: در سال گذشته با افتتاح مركز تكثیر بچه ماهی خاویاری پرورشی ،مشكل تامین بچه ماهی نیز رفع شد.

وی با بیان اینكه امسال 60 قطعه ماهی پرورشی خاویاری در یكی از مزارع به سن بلوغ برای استحصال خاویار رسیده اند ،افزود :350 تا 400 كیلوگرم خاویار پرورشی استحصال و به بازار داخلی و خارجی عرضه خواهد شد.

وی با بیان اینكه نخستین استحصال خاویاراز ماهیان خاویاری در مركز عمل آوری ماهیان خاویاری میررود شهرستان بابلسر انجام شده است، ادامه داد: چهار مجتمع پرورش ماهیان خاویاری در مازندران در حال فعالیت است.

به گفته مدیر كل شیلات مازندران ، موافقت اصولی برای تاسیس دو مزرعه پرورش ماهیان خاویاری به ظرفیت هزار تن گوشت و 10 تن خاویار صادر شده است.

وی همچنین از صدور مجوز دو مجتمع پرورش ماهیان خاویاری با سه هزار تن گوشت و سه تن خاویار خبر داد و بیان داشت: فارغ التحصیلان شیلات مازندران می توانند از ظرفیت های خالی شیلاتی كه مورد حمایت جدی دولت نیز قرار خواهند گرفت ،استفاده كنند.

مدیر كل شیلات مازندران تولید 85هزار تن انواع ماهی در سال جاری را پیش بینی كرد و گفت: صادرات انواع ماهی از 14میلیون دلار در سال گذشته نیز به 20 میلیون دلار در سال جاری پیش بینی می شود.

حبیب نژاد به كاهش چشم گیر استحصال خاویار در دریا خزر اشاره كرد و بیان داشت: در دو دهه اخیر با همت مسوولان و كارشناسان شیلات طرح پرورش ماهیان خاویاری با هدف حفظ ذخایر دریای خزر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.
